Southern Cross is located in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Our horses absolutely love it here in this quiet, clean air, country setting. We are able to provide our horses with top quality care, and our clients Double A rated competition-based training, all in a fun, family atmosphere. We have a wonderful team of vets, farriers and chiropractors that are at the top of their fields to ensure the longevity and well-being of the horses in our program. Working my way through my junior career taught me horse care and management from the ground up. I am very fortunate to have worked with some of the greatest horsemen in our industry such as Judy Lagerstrom, Victor Hugo-Vidal, Mark Mullen. I then interned with Bernie Traurig and traveled with the Saudi Arabian Olympic Team. I started Southern Cross with a commitment to excellence in all areas, where the horses come first. Training and competing at the top level of competition for the past 25 years has given me the tools to develop successful programs for all types of horses and riders. Top quality training in a family and friends atmosphere, that’s what Southern Cross is all about!
