We work with the very best team of farriers, vets, chiropractors and other horse management experts in order to ensure the soundness and well-being of the horses in our program. Price List Training $750/month A customized program will be created for you and your horse, including up to five lessons or professional rides per week, lunging, hand-walking, complete grooming daily, before and after lesson grooming service, daily turn-out on grass pastures, blanketing, clipping, bathing, laundry, medication, and owner provided supplements (such as Smartpaks) fed daily. Grain - $80/month An individually customized feed program to produce maximum desired results. Includes Forco, Triple Crown Complete, Triple Crown Light, Equine Senior, A&M, and bran. Customers Not in Training Lessons- Group or private lessons- $60/lesson Horse Shows Deposits may be required in advance for all horse shows. Schooling Fees Horses in Training- $50/day Horses not in Training- $75/day One Day Shows- $85/day Grooming $60/day, includes tip. Grooming fees are to be paid directly to the grooms unless otherwise notified. Hotel, setup and breakdown fee expenses is divided by number of horses. Show feed, bedding and tack stall expenses are also divided by number of horses. Please note- for any last minute horse show cancellations, $100 dollars per cancelled horse will be charged. Sales and Purchases $100/day when trainer is required to travel in the pursuit of sale or purchase off a horse. Client is responsible for payment of travel costs and may also be required to pay in advance for advertising and marketing expenses for sale horses. Commission 15% of sale, purchase or lease price plus reimbursement for any expenses incurred. Southern Cross requests that you stay current with your payments to Valley View Farm, veterinarians, haulers, farrier, etc. as these are required essentials for your horse.
